Main house
This is a 200 year old traditional Ibiza house. An elegant mix between traditional and contemporary details, this part of the estate houses five bedrooms (three are en-suite), a totally equipped kitchen, an ample living room, a Moroccan living room and a dining area. The kitchen is totally equipped, there is a breakfast table for 6. The dining area seats 12. The building enjoys 4 outdoor living areas.
Master bedroom
This suite is an independent building. it enjoys around 300 m2, a round bed, a sitting area, a Sonos music system, a TV, walk-in closet, a massage room, a bathroom with a tub and a walk-in shower.
Chill-out area
The third building of the estate is the chill-out space. There is a TV area seating up to 15 people, a Sonos music system, a pool table, a bar, a foosball. The same area enjoys a club that is only accessible upon request for special events. This area houses a DJ cabin, lighting and a music system.
Outdoors
The home sits on a 3ha plot of land with lush Mediterranean gardens and an Olympic pool at the back of the yard. The pool enjoy wonderful views over Las Salinas and Formentera island. There is a table tennis, a yoga tent, a meditation and massage room and a fitness room.
