This holiday villa Marbella sits in the Golden Mile 500 m from the beach. It enjoys shops, cafes and restaurants within an easy reach. The villa is laid on two levels.
Ground floor
The ground floor has two large bedrooms. All come with en-suite bathrooms and spacious showers. There are king-size beds. One of them can be laid as twins. Further on, the same floor houses living areas. There is an entrance hall, a sitting room and a TV lounge. Also, there is a kitchen that opens onto the covered terraces. The kitchen features plenty of electric appliances. For example, there is central island, a fridge freezer, wine cooler, hob, toaster, kitchenware and tableware. Furthermore, there is a dining room.
First floor
The upper floor enjoys three further bedrooms. All come with en-suite bathrooms. Also, they have access to terraces with coffee tables. All the bathrooms features ample showers. Two bedrooms have twin beds, while the third one is double.
Lower floor
This floor houses entertainment areas. There is a gym and a games room. The latter one comes with a billiard and a table tennis. There is a static bicycle, a rowing machine and some fitness equipment. Moreover, there is a bedroom with a small lounge area and a bathroom. It is perfect for staff. Furthermore, there is large storage room and a laundry.
Outside
Above all, the luxury villa rental Marbella features a heated swimming pool and a small garden. The pool is surrounded by deck. There is an al-fresco dining area and several lounge spaces.

This vacation villa rental Marbella is only 500m form the beach. It sits in the Golden Mile not far from Puente Romano. The distance to Marbella Old Town is only 7 minutes by car. The latter one boasts lovely Plaza de Los Naranjos with cafes, restaurants and shops. It has a square with orange trees in the middle and traditional white Andalusia buildings. Also, around, there are plenty of shops and other eateries.
The world-known Puerto Banus is only 9 minutes´ drive away. You will find a marina, luxury boutiques and restaurants there. Right above the marina, there is a big shopping mall El Corte Ingles. It is a multi-brand. So, it features many high-end and medium-level corners. On top of that, the mall has several cafes including exquisite Belgian bakery. Downstairs, there is a big supermarket.
Besides, the villa is a perfect choice for golfers. There are at least four golf courses within less than 20 minutes´ drive away. Real Golf Guadalmina and Las Brisas are among them.
