The property has two floors. The ground floor houses the common areas. There is an entrance hall, a library, a living room, a sitting room, a TV room, a kitchen with a dining area and an office. The library features a fireplace. Further on, there is a guest WC and two bedrooms. Both of them come with private dressing areas and en-suite bathrooms.

The first floor is home to further two bedrooms, both come with private dressing areas and en-suite bathrooms.

The last two bedrooms are located together with the gym, a cinema room with a wine cellar, a multifunctional room, a hall, a laundry room, and a garage for two cars on the basement floor. Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. the Security Deposit will be wired back minus bank fees upon your departure, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
