Luxury Villas Marbella : This deluxe house is located in the Golden Mile, one of the most privileged and exclusive areas of Costa del Sol, lying between the western edge of Marbella and Puerto Banús. The villa occupies 800 sq.m. It is located on a plot of 6000 sq.m and is surrounded by manicured gardens. The complex consists of the main house and the pool house. The main house comprises of eight bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, an ample living room with a fireplace, a dining room with a seating for 14 people, a summer dining room, a spacious kitchen, a guest toilet, a laundry room and a living room. Four bedrooms are fitted with queen-size beds, the other four have two single beds each. Seven bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs with shower faucets, while the eights one has a shower. The living room has a sitting area with a Tv with international channels, a DVD player, a music library and a stereo system. The building features and adjacent furnished south-facing porch and a covered parking for eight cars and a garage for four cars. The pool house features a bedroom with a bathroom, a kitchen and a terrace. There is a west-facing porch adjacent to the house. Among the outside facilities, there is a swimming pool (16 x 5 m), a BBQ area, a tennis court and various furnished lounge areas.
