Luxury Villas Koh Samui : Beachfront, this stunning holiday home is located in a secure gated estate in Thailand. Great for a small party up to six, the rental property features three bedrooms. The master bedroom enjoys a king-size bed, JBL Airplay and opens on the terrace and the pool area. The bathroom has a bathtub and a rain shower. The other two bedrooms have king-size beds, JBL Airplay and open on the terrace. The bathrooms are equipped with rain showers. Fitted with easily usable state-of-the-art devices and designer furniture pieces, the property will become the place-to-be for guests of all ages. Among others, the luxury holiday home features a LED light system controlled via iPhone or iPad, a six-camera CCTV system, an entertainment systems by BOSE and JBL and a saltwater private swimming pool with RGB pool lights. The living room opens onto the terrace and is divided into three space. There is a sitting TV area, a dining area with a table for eight and a totally equipped modern kitchen with Kupperbusch appliances and a breakfast bar. Outside, there is a yoga area, a parking space and a BBQ.

Stunning coastline, picturesque setting and almost untouched nature fascinate visitors unlike any other town on the island. Laem Yai is just 30 minutes´ drive from Samui International Airport and overlooks Angthong National Marine Park. Here you will have a great opportunitiy to enjoy kayaking, biking and hiking. This area is quiet, so it would be perfect for a tranquil vacation. You can do swimming and snorkelling whenever you want, as the water here is warm and calm all year long. There are a few local restaurants where you can try traditional Thai food. If you would like to discover the rest of the island, the closest towns are Nathon with its fascinating authentic village atmosphere and old teak Chinese shop-houses and cafes and Maenam. The well-known Bophut lies a bit further.

Trasferimento aeroportuale: Private, insured, direct airport transfers to and from the villa are complimentary (one each way). For split parties (i.e. parties with multiple arrival or depature times) additional (or where complimentary transfers not applicable) airport transfers can be booked for US$45 each way.

Lenzuola e Asciugamani: Bed linen is changed every third day, while pool towels are changed as necessary.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
