Check in/out policy
Unless agreed otherwise, check-in time is 3:00 pm and checkout time is 12:00 noon (early arrival and late departure will depend upon availability of the villa at the time of arrival or departure).
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation non-refundable deposit of 60% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 50%. If the booking is confirmed within 6 weeks of the arrival date, the whole amount of the villa rental is to be paid at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
The reservation deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations between 45 and 1 day prior to arrival and early departures are charged at 100%.
