Upstairs, you will find two other bedrooms with private bathrooms with shower, integrated dressing rooms with minibar and safe. On the third floor, there is the terrace with open air kitchen, dining table for eight people, BBQ, jacuzzi, sala with large swing. The property has a free maid service and free parking. Check-in is normally 2:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 a.m., but it's possible to accommodate alternate arrangements under most circumstances.

Payment Policy

To confirm reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 35% of the rental, divided into 15% and 20%, is required for bookings made more than 8 weeks in advance. The remaining balance must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Full payment is required upon booking if your arrival date is less than 8 weeks away.

Cancellation Policy

The reservation deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations between 8 and 4 weeks prior to arrival will be refunded 50% of the remaining payment. Cancellations within 4 weeks prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the full amount of the booking. If after a cancellation another booking can be done, at the same financial conditions, refund will take place for the full amount of the rental.
