The three-storey villa houses four guests in two double AC-ed bedrooms. The upper-floor bedroom doesn´t have a high ceiling and will be great for children. The bathrooms have showers, slippers and bathroom toiletries by Apivita are provided. Among the entertainment facilities you will find a TV with satellite channels, a JBL docking station and WIFI. There is a totally equipped kitchen featuring a hob, an oven, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a toaster, kitchenware and tableware. Outside, there is a private pool with jacuzzi jets and steps and a sunbathing area.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 21 days (for the months June, July August, high season hereinafter) or 14 days (for the months April, May, September, Octobe, low season hereinafter) before the arrival date, the first part of the reservation deposit equal to 15% of the total rent is not refundable. In case of cancellation 21 days (high season) and 14 days (low season) or less prior to the arranged arrival date, 65% of the total rent is not refundable. In case of no-show, the total rent is non-refundable. Non Refundable bookings are prepaid upon confirmation and no amount of money is returned.
