This is a modern villa with a private pool in Sardinia, in Giardini d´ Aldia, the area of Puntaldia. The vacation villa rental is situated within 800 m from the beach and enjoys easy access to marina of Puntaldia. The property has six bedrooms with bathrooms for guests and an additional bedroom for the staff. There is a guest WC. he ground floor houses three bedrooms with bathrooms and access to the garden and a staff bedroom. The first floor has further three bedrooms with bathrooms including the master bedroom. It boasts fantastic views over the Tavolara island. The same floor houses a living room with a seating, a TV and a dining area. there is a totally equipped kitchen. It has an island, a breakfast area, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a hob, kitchenware and tableware. The living room opens on a furnished veranda. There is WIFI, BBQ and a laundry area. Covered parking is available at the entrance of the villa.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 60% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 50%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
