This charming vacation villa in Marrakech is ideal for a small family or two couples coming for a serene journey to Morocco. It enjoys a contemporary design mixed with local crafts and benefits from a heated 12-m private pool with a lounge area. The villa is located in an estate housing three villas in total. All of them enjoys total privacy. Distributed over two levels the property comprises two bedrooms. The master one has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. It opens onto the pool terrace. The other bedroom also has a double bed and benefits form a private bathroom. It looks over a smaller terrace with a small fountain. Both bedrooms feature underfloor heating and AC. Common areas include a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and an al-fresco shaded dining area. There is a spa area with a hammam and a treatment room shared with another villa of the estate offering various beauty and care treatments. The entertainment facilities feature a TV with international channels, a DVD, WIFI, cards and board games.

Changeover day is flexible.

Payment Policy

The reservation deposit for the property is 40% payable in two steps (20% and 20%). The rest together with the security deposit against damages is payable no later than one month before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than one month before the arrival, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellations less than one month before arrival, 100% of the rent is detained. All the cancellations shall be done in written. Failure to pay the balance on time is considered to be a cancellation made by the guests.
