The house has 1000m2 of floors. There are five floors, three of which have living areas.
This level houses the entrance with a half-walled hall. You access the lift and the staircase there. The first bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a double bed of 150 cm and a bathroom.
Further on, the next floor has four guest bedrooms. Two of them are en-suite, while the other two share a bathroom. The en-suite bedrooms have queen-size beds of 160 cm.
