It is surrounded by gardens, which undoubtedly attracts the attention of hundreds of birds that are always cheerful and give you a relaxed feeling. The pool of 7x4 meters big, takes a constant slope of the steps of the entrance to reach 2mtr depth: ideal for children and adults. At one of the terraces near the swimming pool there is a barbecue and a large table which is suitable for up to 12 people to eat outdoor. This is a sophisticated and cosy furnished house that offers various options of entertainment for friends and family: fireplace, large dining room with table for 10 people, a playroom with private cinema and a fully equipped gym to work out. There are 5 bedrooms. Also there are 4 full bathrooms, all very large and elegant and inviting for moments of relaxation. There is also 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the upper floor, with a very practical and harmonious design for those who prefer some privacy. There is also a garage for 2 cars situated on the parcel.

With a privileged situation, from spectacular views to the sea, to the mountain and the population, this magnificent detached house, is in a so calm zone where rabbits and owls can even be sighted at night, also it is only 10 minutes from Barcelona (20 minutes until the Center of Barcelona). It is 10 minutes to the Golf Course of Vallromanas and 20 to the Golf Course Llavaneras. The beach El Mas Nou is only 10 minutes away, with excellent facilities for swimming, a club of navigation and an excellent seaport, restaurants, bars and discotheques. In that same area there is The Train Station El Mas Nou. All the trains have shutdowns in different points from Barcelona. By car, you can arrive in 3 minutes to the center of the town and find any thing you need (coffee shops, bank, gas station, pharmacies, market, etc). But, if you prefer, very close to the villa there is a bus stop, this urban bus goes each hour in direction of the town center and the train station.
