It comprises of the main house and an independent annex right by. There are 6 bedrooms plus a games room housing a bed, 6 bathrooms and a WC in total. The house benefits from AC, WIFI and a billiard. Also, the unit enjoys a laundry room.
Main house
The main house enjoys 5 bedrooms and a games room connected to the lower floor bedroom that enjoys a double bed.
Bedroom 1: lower floor, double bed, bathroom with a bathtub in front of the room, direct access to the garden.
Bedroom 2: lower floor, games room with a billiard, double bed, bathroom with a shower in front of the room, direct access to the garden.
Bedroom 3: upper floor, master, double bed, sitting area with a TV and a fireplace, bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 4: upper floor, twin beds, bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 5: upper floor, double bed, bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 6: upper floor, double bed.
The main house enjoys a totally equipped kitchen and a dining area, there is an interior BBQ. The kitchen opens on the terrace. Also, there is a reading room with access to the terrace. Further on, the right wing enjoys a living room with a TV and a sitting area. The room opens on the terrace, the garden and the house main entrance.
Annex
The annex is distributed over 2 floors. The lower floor houses the living area, while the upper floor enjoys the bedroom.
Bedroom 7: double bed, bathroom with a shower.
The lower floor comes with a living room and an open-plan kitchen.
Outdoors
The outdoor area enjoys several well-appointed chill-out areas including a sheltered sitting area, a summer kitchen and a BBQ. There is a covered parking for 2 cars. Finally. the house benefits from a swimming pool of 8 x 4 m.

Additional Information
Pulizia Giornaliera: Maid service of 4 hours per day from Monday to Saturday is included. There is no cleaning on Sundays nor bank holidays.
Tasse: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Pulizia finale: A final cleaning for stays of one week and over is included. A final cleaning for shorter stays shall be paid, 100 EUR.
