Surrounded by a plot of 20 ha of local greenery, plants and fields, this traditional Catalan farm has been completely refurbished with the use of traditional and ecological materials and amenities.
The house boasts AC in all the bedrooms, a games room with a pool table, an eco swimming pool and several outdoor chill-out areas.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The house features comfortable and welcoming bedrooms, thoughtfully arranged to ensure privacy and restful nights. The bathrooms are practical and well maintained, providing all the essential amenities for a convenient and relaxing stay. The property sleeps 8-10 adults and 4 children or teenagers.
Bedroom 1: ground floor, king-size bed, opens onto the patio (south side) and the fields (north side), pruvate bathroom with a large shower.
Bedroom 2: first floor, queen-size bed, views over the fields and Estartit village, private bathroom with a wide shower.
Bedroom 3: ground floor, twin beds (can be laid out as king-size bed), access to the garden, private bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 4: first floor, twin beds (can be laid out as king-size bed), field views, private bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 5: preferably room for children or teenagers, twin beds and four bunk beds allowing in total 6 people, bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub.
Living areas
The living area is bright and inviting, offering a comfortable space to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the surrounding area. There is a seating and books. Partially separated from the living area with sliding doors, there is a totally equipped kitchen with a breakfast area and a dining area right by. Also, there is a piano. The property features an office area.
The annex enjoys a games area with a pool table and a baby foot. It opens onto the terrace with a table tennis.
