This superb Andalusian mansion is located right behind Estepona within about 15 minutes´drive from Marbella. With its stunning views over the sea towards Tanger and rocks of Gibraltar, the vacation rental is within an easy access to the nightlife and shopping venues and the best golf clubs. Perfect for family holidays, this villa sleeps up to 10 guests. There is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathrooms and four twin bedrooms. Three of the latter have en-suite bathrooms. The common areas include a large living room with a sitting area and a fireplace and a dining room with a table for 10. In addition, there is a totally equipped kitchen featuring a fridge freezer, a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, kitchenware, cutlery and tableware. The holiday Villa in  Andalusia features a games room with an American pool table and a baby-foot. Outside, the house features a big swimming pool with a lounge area and several furnished terraces. The property is fully air-conditioned.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% in advance. One (1) month before arrival you must pay the balance together with the Security Deposit against damages. When reserving the property less than one month before the arrival, 100% of the total payment shall be paid at the moment of reservation.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than one month before the arrival, 50% of the rent is non-refundable. In case of cancellation less than one month before the arrival, 100% of the rent is non-refundable.
