This holiday villa Costa del Sol is perfect for golfers and families. The marble-floored house sleeps up to 10 people. There are five bedrooms distributed over three floors. It enjoys lovely views over the mountains and the golf course. It has AC, heating, WIFI, a pool table and a swimming pool.

The Upper floor

The upper floor enjoys a marvellous master bedrooms fitted with a king-size bed hat can be laid out as two single beds upon request. The bedroom features an ensuite jacuzzi, a separate shower and a dressing room. Another bedrooms, with two single beds, is located on the same floor. It has a small balcony.

The Middle Floor

The Middle floor houses the common areas. There is a spacious entrance, the main lounge, a dining room, a utility room, a guest toilet and a totally-equipped kitchen with all the cutting edge appliances and granite worktops. The floor has a terrace featuring an al-fresco dining area with mountain views.

The Lower Floor

The lower floor comprises of three bedrooms, two of which are outfitted with two single beds each, the third bedroom has a king-size bed and can be laid out as two singles upon request, and an entertainment area. The third bedroom covers 44 sq.m and can have two additional bed for children, upon request. All the bedrooms other than the master bedroom have ensuite bathrooms with showers and wc. The entertainment area comes with a bar and a pool table. The holiday home features AC, alarm, a stereo and underfloor heating systems, TV with international channels, a DVD and a CD players, a radio and electric security shutters. 

Outdoors

The outside area boasts a heated private pool, a BBQ area and various furnished chill outs with garden chairs and loungers.
