The living room has a TV area with a DVD player; it accesses a balcony. The luxury apartment features AC, heating, Internet access and has a safebox.

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 40% in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash or by credit card. The safety deposit shall be blocked on the credit card upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation less than ONE week (1) before the arrival date: the total amount shall be paid.
