Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one of them enjoys a king-size bed, the other one has a double bed. Both bedrooms feature AC, private bathrooms with showers stuffed with KORRES toiletries. The third bedroom is set upstairs and has a separate access via external stairs. It is outfitted with a double bed and has a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. There is AC. The luxury villa for rent in Santorini benefits from all the modern amenities you might need for a comfortable holiday. There is satellite TV, a media player, an iPod docking station and WIFI. The kitchen is fitted with a fridge, a toaster, a hob, a coffee maker, kitchenware and tableware. Outside, there is a swimming pool, a lounge area, an al-fresco dining and a charcoal BBQ. The property is not pet-friendly.

Auto: Category A car with unlimited mileage and 3d party insurance is included. It can be delivered to the airport or port of Santorini. If you do not want to use the car, a reduction of 20 EUR per night shall be applied.

Check-in 15:00 - 23:00.
Check-out 06:00 - 12:00.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival, the reservation deposit is not refundable. In case of cancellation 6 – 4 weeks before arrival, 70% of the total rent is not refundable. In case of cancellation less than 4 weeks before arrival, the total rent is non-refundable.
