Sleeping four, the Cyclades luxury villa comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living-dining room. Both bedrooms enjoy AC and double beds. The high-ceilinged living area is well-prepared for any exacting guests. There is satellite TV ad a DVD player, an iPod docking station, WIFI and a mobile phone. The kitchen is fitted with a hob, an oven, a fridge, a toaster, kitcheware and tableware and a coffee maker. Outside, there is a Moroccan-style private pool with a furnished lounge area and a kitchen courtyard with an al-fresco dining area and a charcoal BBQ. The house is not pet-friendly.

Auto: A five-seater car with unlimited mileage and 3d party insurance is included. It can be delivered to the airport or port of Santorini. If you do not want to use the car, a reduction of 20 EUR per night shall be applied.

Check-in 15:00 - 23:00.
Check-out 06:00 - 12:00.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival, the reservation deposit is not refundable. In case of cancellation 6 – 4 weeks before arrival, 70% of the total rent is not refundable. In case of cancellation less than 4 weeks before arrival, the total rent is non-refundable.
